Mend is a healthcare communications platform and is the Health Center's choice for virtually connecting you with your healthcare provider.

Telehealth is a secure, easy-to-use, and convenient way for you to visit with your medical provider, when you can't visit in-person. Now you can talk to your provider from your phone or by videoconference using a smartphone, tablet, or computer – all while in the comfort of your own home or wherever you may be when your telehealth visit starts!


How to Connect with your Provider for your Telehealth Visit.

Step 1
Click

Tap the link in your email or text message to confirm or join your appoiontment.
Step 2
Prepare

The Appointment page will allow you to provide information requested by your healthcare provider. This might include consents or intake forms.
Step 3
Test

The connection test will check your device to make sure it's ready for your visit. If you have trouble, click "Need Help" at the top right of the page to start a live chat with a Mend support team member.
Step 4
Connect

Join the visit to enter the virtual waiting room. We'll alert your healthcare provider and someone will be with you shortly!
